Do you have a minimum order requirement for custom hats?
No, we have no minimum order requirement. You can order anywhere from a single custom hat for personal use to hundreds of units for your business, team, or event. Additionally, we offer automatic volume discounts starting at 6 units.
How do I submit my logo or design?
You can upload your file in PNG, JPG, Vector (AI, EPS, SVG), or PDF format during checkout, or email it directly to us at designmmtj@gmail.com with your order number. If you would like to preview your hat, you can also use our Mockup Tool option to visualize how your design will look on the cap.
What is the difference between direct embroidery and a leather patch?
Direct Embroidery: Offers a high-density, durable, classic textured finish directly on the fabric.
Custom Leather Patch: Uses precision laser-engraved and laser-cut leather, ideal for fine details or a rustic, premium aesthetic.
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Estimated production time is 5 to 7 business days once your digital proof is approved. Once shipped, average transit time via postal carrier (USPS / UPS) is 3 to 5 business days within the United States.

What is your return policy for custom products?
Due to the custom nature of our hats, all sales are final once you approve the digital proof. However, if your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or a production error that differs from your approved design, we take 100% responsibility and will replace it at no cost to you.
